4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount (25x wagering requirement). Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly until the wagering requirement is met. Specific game rules may apply when calculating wagering progress.

4.3 Other Promotions

4.4 Bonus Abuse

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is unintentionally confirmed due to a technical error, 500bet will make a decision on the matter at its own discretion.

5.2 Technical Errors and Cancellations

If a technical error, data issue, or software malfunction is detected in any game or event, 500bet reserves the right to cancel the relevant bet and refund the original stake. Winnings based on incorrect odds or faulty data may be corrected or reversed.

5.3 Cricket and Sports Betting

In any dispute relating to betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, or any other sports event, 500bet's decision will be considered final. Payments will be processed in accordance with the official results of BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, or other tournaments.

5.4 Casino and Slots Games
